1. Scope and General No-Refund Rule

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Data Infrastructure Development Group LLC through ProBetFunded. Challenge Fees purchase immediate access to digital evaluation services. All sales are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Once payment has been processed and the Challenge has been activated or access credentials have been made available, no discretionary refund, cancellation or exchange is available. This applies whether or not the Participant logs in, submits a Pick, completes the Challenge, passes the Challenge or uses the full period of access.

The no-refund rule is a material condition of purchase and is reflected in the pricing of the Services.

2. No Refund for Challenge Outcomes or User Decisions

  • Failure to meet a Profit Target, minimum Picks or any other Challenge condition.
  • Breach of Maximum Loss, Maximum Daily Loss, Pick-size or other risk parameters.
  • Change of mind, change of strategy, lack of time, loss of interest or voluntary non-use.
  • Dissatisfaction with a valid Pick settlement, rule application or performance result.
  • User-side internet, hardware, browser, device, software or connectivity problems.
  • Failure to complete KYC or provide requested information.
  • Suspension, Challenge failure or termination following a confirmed material breach, fraud, account sharing, false identity, sanctions issue, payment abuse or deliberate location circumvention.
  • Promotional or discounted access, credits or complimentary services, except where mandatory law requires a remedy.

3. Limited Cases Where the Company May Return Funds

The Company may return all or part of a payment only where one of the following applies:

  • A duplicate charge for the same order has been confirmed.
  • The Company cancels the order before activation.
  • A manifest pricing or product error causes the Company to decline the order before meaningful service delivery.
  • The Company is unable to provide access due solely to a material Company-side failure and does not cure the failure or provide an appropriate replacement within a reasonable period.
  • A refund, repayment or statutory remedy is required by non-waivable consumer, payment or other applicable law.

Any return will normally be made to the original payment method. Bank or processor timing is outside the Company’s control.

4. EU/EEA/UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Nothing in this Policy removes a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law grants a consumer a cooling-off or withdrawal period for a distance contract, the checkout process may ask the consumer to expressly request immediate performance and, where legally valid, acknowledge the consequences for the withdrawal right once digital content or services begin.

If the legal requirements for loss or reduction of a statutory withdrawal right are not satisfied, the Company will not rely on “all sales final” wording to override that mandatory right. Where a service has begun at the consumer’s express request and the law permits a proportionate charge, the Company may deduct the value of service already supplied.

5. Unauthorized or Mistaken Payments

A Participant must keep payment credentials secure. Suspected unauthorized use should be reported promptly to the Company and the relevant bank or payment provider. The Company will review its authentication and access records. Liability for genuinely unauthorized transactions is governed by applicable law and payment-network rules.

A payment made by mistake by the Participant, including selecting the wrong plan or failing to review the purchase details, does not create a discretionary refund right after activation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Participants should contact support first for a billing issue where practical. A chargeback is not automatically treated as fraud. However, knowingly false, fabricated or abusive disputes may result in Account suspension or termination and recovery of reasonable costs where legally permitted.

During a payment dispute, the Company may suspend the related Challenge, Funded Stage, Reward processing and new purchases until the dispute is resolved. The Company may submit evidence of authorization, acceptance of terms, service activation, platform access and participation to the payment provider.

7. Downtime, Maintenance and Platform Changes

Scheduled maintenance, ordinary feature updates, short interruptions and user-side technical issues do not create a refund right. If a verified Company-side outage materially prevents participation in an active timed Challenge, the Company may provide an extension, state restoration, replacement access or other reasonable remedy. A cash refund is available only where required under Section 3 or mandatory law.

8. How to Raise a Billing or Refund Request

Email support@probetfunded.com with your legal name, Account email, order number, purchase date, amount and a concise explanation. Do not send a full card number, password or other unnecessary credentials. The Company may request reasonable evidence and identity verification before processing a return.

9. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and Program Rules. If there is a conflict, mandatory law prevails, followed by this Refund Policy for refund-specific matters, followed by the general Terms.
